  • Set annual sales targets and track performance against benchmarks.

  • Coach team members through sales calls and develop career plans.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 12+ years combined selling and sales leadership experience in SaaS/Data & Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Proven success driving multimillion-dollar engagements in complex environments.
  • Ability to manage a team instilling a passion for winning and personal growth.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com metrics and reporting.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Willingness to travel beyond city limits.
