- Lead Sales Leaders and Commercial Renewal teams to exceed revenue goals.
- Set annual sales targets and track performance against benchmarks.
- Build cross-functional operating rhythm across pipeline management and forecasting.
- Coach team members through sales calls and develop career plans.
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years combined selling and sales leadership experience in SaaS/Data & Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Proven success driving multimillion-dollar engagements in complex environments.
- Ability to manage a team instilling a passion for winning and personal growth.

- Experience with Salesforce.com metrics and reporting.
- Consultative selling skills.
- Willingness to travel beyond city limits.
