Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Make visits to clients in assisted living and independent living communities
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to management
• Follow up and execute doctors' orders with proper documentation
• Perform client assessments and case management
