Description

You will drive automation and AI initiatives in Accounts Payable, streamline end-to-end processes, and serve as a subject matter expert for complex invoice issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of AP, Procure-to-Pay, or shared services experience with process improvement exposure
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations, and AP controls
• Hands-on exposure to automation, AI-enabled processes, or Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to operate as a lead contributor without formal people management responsibility

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for complex invoice issues and system exceptions
• Support automation and AI initiatives in AP, including testing and validation
• Oversee invoice ingestion and exception monitoring in Oracle IDR
• Act as primary contact for strategic vendors and resolve PO/payment issues
• Develop OTBI and Power BI reporting, including KPIs and exception trends
