  • Scale and manage a team of instructional designers and content developers.

  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams.

  • 8+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or content strategy.
  • Proven experience managing a large-scale content library or training portfolio.
  • Strong leadership managing instructional design or content development teams.
  • Deep expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory.
