Description

You will work directly with senior practitioners on client-facing engagements to help organizations govern AI responsibly and secure agentic architectures. You'll conduct technical reviews, develop governance frameworks, and build reusable tools while staying hands-on with AI development trends. This role blends technical depth with business impact, requiring comfort in both code and executive-ready deliverables.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or cybersecurity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
• Working proficiency in Python and comfort with Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-learn
• Foundational understanding of ML concepts and LLM-based applications (tokenization, embeddings, attention, fine-tuning vs RAG vs prompt engineering)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI governance assessments using frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act
• Conduct technical reviews of client AI systems to identify governance gaps, security vulnerabilities, and risk exposure
• Develop AI risk registers, control mappings, and maturity assessments
• Prepare client-facing deliverables including assessment reports, executive briefings, and implementation roadmaps
• Build proprietary AI governance and security framework and create reusable tools, templates, and accelerators
