💼 About This Role

You'll join Toast's Global People Shared Services team to support employee requests, HR systems, and people processes. You'll help maintain accurate employee records and assist with lifecycle activities like onboarding and offboarding. This role offers hands-on experience with Workday and Greenhouse in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support accurate data entry in HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse).
• Maintain clean employee records through regular checks.
• Assist with employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding).
• Monitor employee inquiries via ticketing system for timely resolution.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant HR Shared Services experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and computer operations.
• Understanding of employment laws related to recruitment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, or ServiceNow.
• Interest in learning about benefits, onboarding, or HR systems.
• Prior HR Shared Service or administrative support role.
