Description

In this role, you will build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership roles at Brex. You'll develop creative sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates with personalized outreach, and partner closely with recruiters and design leaders to shape the design team.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing or recruiting for design roles including Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership.
• Strong sourcing experience with AI tools and expertise across LinkedIn and other talent networks.
• Ability to understand and evaluate design portfolios, craft quality, and user-centered thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for personalized candidate engagement.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze sourcing performance and improve strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles using recruiting platforms, creative communities, portfolio sites, and professional social networks.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality design talent pipelines for immediate and future needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized, thoughtful outreach.
• Support evaluation of design portfolios focusing on craft quality, systems thinking, and user-centered design.
• Track sourcing metrics like response rates, pipeline conversion, and diversity indicators to optimize strategy.
