💼 About This Role
You'll scale Hebbia's Matrix platform by cultivating channel partnership opportunities. Your work will advance intelligent agentic automation for financial workflows. You'll help partners deliver high quality content solutions through Hebbia's unique capabilities.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and drive channel partner pipeline by aligning incentives with commercial outcomes.
- Map stakeholders and create plans to reach decision-makers in partner organizations.
- Expand GTM partnerships and foster trusted advisor relationships between sales teams.
- Manage relationships with partner leadership across sales and account management.
- Build compelling demos, collateral, and sales tooling to accelerate sales process.
📋 Requirements
- 4-8 years of Sales/Channels/Partnerships experience.
- Experience in financial markets with market data or software vendors.
- Prior work activating sales channels and cultivating partnerships.
- Experience at an early stage venture-backed company (e.g., 100 people).
