💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver training programs for over 10,000 operational employees and 500+ leaders at Picnic. Your work directly shapes team performance and growth in a dynamic, international environment. You'll collaborate closely with HR and operations to create impactful learning journeys.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate training sessions with participants and team leads
• Conduct workshops, leadership trainings, and other sessions independently
• Analyze participant feedback to measure training impact and identify improvements
• Identify learning needs with team leads and HR, proposing new learning solutions

📋 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or HR
• At least 3 years of experience in L&D with in-person training delivery
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Willingness to travel to various locations in Germany and a driver's license
