💼 About This Role

You'll help children with autism build communication and daily life skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. You'll work 1:1 in clients' homes or in-clinic while collaborating with a team of doctors and therapists. All experience levels welcome — we provide paid training and cover certification costs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children
• Document session data to track treatment goals
• Collaborate with families and supervisors
• Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
• Ability to travel within 30–40 minute radius with reliable transportation
