πΌ About This Role
You'll lead end-to-end delivery operations and customer success outcomes for a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. You'll act as a key bridge between clients, sales, product, and technology teams to strengthen long-term partnerships.
π― What You'll Do
- Provide executive oversight of delivery operations and service quality.
- Establish and improve governance frameworks and delivery standards.
- Lead complex initiatives and enterprise projects cross-functionally.
- Direct resource allocation, capacity forecasting, and prioritization.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
π Requirements
- 10β15 years in delivery management, operations, or program leadership.
- 5β7 years of proven leadership managing matrixed teams.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Expertise in insurance operations and regulatory frameworks.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Industry certifications like CPCU, CIC, PMP, or Agile.
- Experience with proposals, RFPs, and solution design.
