🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth investigations on accounts flagged for fraud
• Place outbound calls to customers to discuss account activity
• Apply critical thinking and pattern detection to identify emerging fraud
• Document rationale for each alert and refer cases to other teams

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in fraud investigations
• In-depth knowledge of fraud activities like Account Takeovers and Identity Theft
• Ability to proactively identify problems and develop solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
