You'll guide architectural decisions, uplift engineering practices, and champion fast-feedback loops to deliver customer value sooner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead by example through coaching and mentoring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement secure, scalable access management solutions

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Deep experience with C# and .NET
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable systems
• Experience mentoring developers and influencing technical decisions
