🎯 What You'll Do

• Take inbound pre-screened calls from families seeking senior care
• Conduct in-depth consultation calls to understand family needs
• Educate families on customized senior care options and refer to communities
• Act as liaison between families and senior housing providers

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
• History of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask while talking on phone and taking notes
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and CRM navigation
