Description

You will lead design reviews for prototype fixtures and manufacturing equipment, drive automation strategy, and oversee equipment qualification (FAT/SAT). This role ensures readiness for new product launches and supports global scale-up, combining high-stakes manufacturing with data analytics to deliver reliable products for adult smokers.

Requirements

• 5-8 years industry experience in equipment and automation design and integration
• Deep expertise in system design and high-volume manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving in mechanics, materials, and thermal stress
• Advanced SolidWorks knowledge
• Bachelor's in mechanical or industrial systems engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews (DFM) for prototype fixture design and manufacturing equipment
• Drive automation strategy to meet performance metrics and regulatory requirements
• Support end-to-end development of automation systems from design to installation at global manufacturing sites
• Serve as technical lead for equipment qualification including FAT and SAT
• Troubleshoot complex system failures to component level to minimize downtime
