You'll act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders, shaping people strategy and organizational effectiveness across multiple functions and regions. You'll own regional employment compliance across EMEA, including Spain, and drive high-performance teams in a dynamic, remote-first environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders on people strategy and organizational design.
• Manage complex employee relations cases across EMEA.
• Drive talent development and performance management processes.
• Own regional employment compliance in Spain and EMEA.

📋 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of progressive HRBP or HR Manager experience.
• Strong experience supporting customer-facing or strategy-focused business functions.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law and CBAs.
• Experience managing EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA.

• Familiarity with Workday and HR analytics tools.
