You'll join MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA as an LPN, providing skilled nursing care to clients in their homes around Charleston, SC. You'll ensure patients receive the medical care needed to stay at home while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to managers
• Document observations and interventions using electronic medical records

📋 Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of SC
• Minimum one year of recent verifiable LPN experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
