You will collaborate with the Direct Mail Lead to define the campaign calendar, prioritize projects, and ensure seamless coordination. You'll implement robust attribution measurements like MTA and matchbacks, analyze campaign performance, and optimize ROI through data-driven recommendations. Oversee end-to-end campaign management and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 6+ years experience in Business/Marketing/Sales Analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL (advanced), Tableau (advanced), and Python (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Direct Mail Lead to define campaign calendar and prioritize projects
  • Implement attribution measurement methodologies (MTA, Matchback) to assess campaign impact
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights
  • Conduct analysis on long-term impact of DM spend on account originations
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management from inception to deployment and analysis
