You'll bring the Solace brand to life across high-impact marketing channels like paid social, email, and OOH. You'll own creative from concept to launch, iterating based on performance data. This role is for ambitious designers who thrive on fast execution and direct impact in a mission-driven Series C startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design on-brand marketing creative for paid social, email, and print.
• Concept and produce launch-ready assets for multiple channels.
• Partner with performance and lifecycle marketing teams.
• Participate in creative testing and iterate based on learnings.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years designing consumer-facing marketing materials.
• Exceptional skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social and email design.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design or video editing.
• Familiarity with healthcare or fintech branding.
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics.
