You'll lead clinical support for Medical Assistants and receptionists while performing hands-on patient care at an AI-powered healthcare provider. Your work ensures smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient experiences across 26 specialties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as lead and point of support for Medical Assistants and receptionists
• Perform Medical Assistant duties including rooming patients and taking vitals
• Coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of clinical staff

📋 Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting
• Prior experience in a lead, senior, or informal mentorship role supporting other MAs

• Experience in primary care, community health, or value-based care
• Strong communication skills with patients, providers, and cross-functional teams
• Comfort using EHR systems and digital health tools
