💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children with autism using evidence-based ABA techniques. You'll implement treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with BCBAs to help kids develop communication and life skills. Paid training and RBT certification provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record behavioral data in Central Reach system
• Assist with lunch, bathroom, and diaper changes

📋 Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check
• Obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of hire

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification
• Background in child care (teaching, counseling, babysitting)
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
