Description

You will perform maintenance and repair services across multiple properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. You'll travel between sites, address tenant requests, conduct inspections, and support the engineering team to ensure smooth building operations.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic knowledge of laptop/phone apps and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work after hours

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and work orders across multiple properties
• Conduct property inspections and safety audits
• Address unscheduled maintenance calls and tenant requests
