You'll serve as Side's in-market real estate expert for the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on transaction management, compliance, market growth, and partner engagement. You'll maintain a strong on-site presence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner experience. This role stands out for pioneering the Brokerage-as-a-Service model, backed by top-tier venture capital and industry-leading engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as in-market expert and primary partner contact for San Francisco Bay Area
• Maintain on-site presence through partner meetings, brand meetings, and trainings
• Collaborate with GTM and Sales to drive market growth via local activations and events
• Ensure MLS compliance, legal adherence, and cross-functional issue resolution

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of real estate experience with significant SF Bay Area exposure
• 5+ years in a Managing Broker or comparable in-market leadership role
• Deep expertise in SFAR forms and San Francisco-specific transaction practices
