Description

You'll drive sales of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen, a single-gene NIPT, to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors in the North Bay, CA territory. This field sales role involves market development, relationship building, and full sales cycle management to expand access to life-changing prenatal diagnostics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years outside field sales in healthcare, calling on providers in territory
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong selling, listening, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Effective time management with ability to prioritize opportunities
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships
  • Create and implement strategic business plan for territory growth
  • Manage full sales cycle including lead generation and attending tradeshows
