💼 About This Role

You'll work 1:1 with children with autism to teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills in their home or at MeBe's Learning Center. Your core impact is implementing treatment plans developed by BCBAs and tracking progress in a data collection system. MeBe offers paid RBT training and mentorship to launch your career in behavior therapy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs in 1:1 sessions
• Record child progress in Central Reach using a tablet
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay progress updates
• Maintain a safe, organized environment and assist with daily needs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• RBT certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment
• Consistent availability Monday through Friday
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, sit, stand, or run

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• CPR/BLS certification for certain locations
