Description

You will lead the end-to-end integration of acquired companies into Loop's operations, ensuring strategic goals are met. You'll manage cross-functional teams, develop integration plans, track KPIs, and report to senior leadership. This role is based in Chicago with three days in-office per week.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in private equity, consulting, corporate development, or strategic operations with M&A integration leadership
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional integration initiatives
• Exceptional project management skills handling multiple workstreams
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration planning and execution
• Develop and manage integration project plans with milestones and KPIs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations)
• Design governance frameworks and facilitate steering committee meetings
• Track integration metrics and conduct post-integration reviews
