💼 About This Role

You'll join the loudest store in the mall as a music and pop culture fanatic, creating the best customer experience. You'll provide customer service, share fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience. You'll also work the register, assist with planogram changes, and communicate trend info to management.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure visual standards.
• Work the register, process sales, and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising updates.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
