You'll join EquipmentShare's accounting team to handle statement reconciliation, mail sorting, and vendor communications. You'll support the company's mission of transforming the construction industry through technology. This temporary summer role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile vendor statements
• Sort mail on a daily basis
• Escalate new vendor requests
• Review and distribute voicemails daily

📋 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
