Description

You will lead the development and productization of advanced hardware and software systems for defense applications, integrating technologies like computer vision, sensor fusion, RF, and autonomy. This role involves transitioning prototypes to production-ready systems, managing multidisciplinary teams, and owning the technical roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Robotics, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of hardware and/or software engineering experience with demonstrated progression in technical leadership
• Proven track record taking prototype or proof-of-concept systems to production and customer delivery
• Deep experience with complex system integration across hardware, software, and/or electromechanical domains
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, design for manufacturability, reliability engineering, and supply chain management

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical and programmatic execution to transition prototypes into production-ready products
• Build and manage a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering team, establishing team culture and technical standards
• Own the technical roadmap for system productization, including architecture, hardware/software integration, design for manufacturing, and supply chain strategy
• Work cross-functionally to optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Establish and execute rigorous qualification and testing programs to validate performance under operational conditions
