💼 About This Role

You'll lead mechanical design for propellant generation systems that enable rapid production of liquid oxygen and methane for Starship. You'll own projects end-to-end, coordinating build, testing, and activation of hardware. This role offers the opportunity to work with elite engineers on cutting-edge launch infrastructure at Cape Canaveral.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead mechanical design for air separation plants and liquefaction systems
  • Design and analyze mechanical systems for launch pads and production tooling
  • Coordinate build, testing, and activation of designed hardware
  • Present cost and schedule trade proposals to leadership

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
  • 1+ years of professional experience using NX, CATIA, Creo, or Solidworks
  • Experience with ANSYS, ABAQUS, or FEMAP software

  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Project management experience in aerospace or industrial industry
