You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and help meet sales targets at a Hot Topic location in Santa Rosa, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience for customers
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Support planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
