Description

As a Staff Engineer at Risk Ledger, you'll solve end-to-end product challenges across our GoLang, AWS, and Vue.js stack, often serving as a Tech Lead. You'll collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences, mentor colleagues, and influence engineering strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Experience in multiple engineering teams building customer-focused SaaS products
• Deep experience in backend (preferably Go, or Java/C#/Python) or frontend (TypeScript with VueJS or React)
• Reasonable experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores, data model design
• Experience with containers and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to operate at varying levels of detail and manage multiple priorities

• Move fast while maintaining high quality through testing, automation, and best practices
• Mentor junior to senior colleagues in technical and architectural decision making
• Influence product strategy and challenge assumptions based on market understanding
