💼 About This Role

You'll join a global Operations team ensuring client ecommerce services run smoothly. You'll troubleshoot incidents across legacy and AWS infrastructure, working with developers and sysadmins to maintain system health. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Kubernetes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily checks and support tasks
• Investigate incidents and manage lifecycle to resolution
• Monitor data interfaces and scheduled jobs
• Participate in on-call rota for out-of-hours issues

📋 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce suite, Commerce Cloud preferred
• Solid Unix experience including scripting (perl, bash)
• Strong AWS experience
• Exposure to coding language such as Java

• Ecommerce platforms like HCL Web Commerce or Magento
• Exposure to ITIL incident and problem management
• Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, or Kubernetes
