💼 About This Role

You'll lead MongoDB's AI-native marketing strategy and strengthen presence across the London startup and VC ecosystem. You will design and execute programs, events, and partnerships that increase awareness and adoption among high-growth startups. This role combines ecosystem engagement, community building, and scalable startup programming.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with founders, VCs, accelerators, and startup communities
• Develop targeted strategy to engage and convert high-potential startups
• Execute regional events like hackathons, demo nights, and founder dinners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate startup-focused programming

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, community, or events focused on startups
• Experience leading projects across teams from strategy through execution
• Familiarity with London startup ecosystem and existing relationships
• Experience working in or closely with startups or venture capital firms
