You'll support on-site and remote deployments of Shift5's operational technology platform in defense and commercial environments. Your work will directly impact system uptime and customer satisfaction in mission-critical settings. This role combines engineering, customer success, and operations for hands-on problem solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and execute on-site and remote deployments of Shift5's platform.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware/software.
• Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Program teams for implementations.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve deployment processes and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Experience or interest in field engineering or technical support roles.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and work hands-on with hardware/software systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance and valid U.S. passport.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Linux, IT networking, cybersecurity, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience building containerized services in Rust and Go.
