Description

You will lead the finance workstream for registering and managing a CFTC-registered Swap Dealer, build regulatory capital frameworks, and oversee financial reporting. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and support crypto-linked derivatives.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in financial services regulation, regulatory capital, and derivatives markets
• Experience with CFTC, NFA, and SEC requirements for Swap Dealers
• Strong background in financial reporting within regulated entities
• Ability to partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Treasury, and Technology teams
• Experience with crypto-linked derivatives and related financial framework preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Swap Dealer registration buildout, including design of regulatory capital framework
• Oversee daily net capital calculations and CFTC regulatory compliance
• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly regulatory filings to CFTC and NFA
• Develop internal controls and governance around regulatory capital and reporting
• Support financial oversight of crypto-linked swap activity and digital asset derivatives
