You'll manage customer relationships and drive revenue within a defined set of existing accounts at Five9, a leading CCaaS provider. You'll balance hunting for new opportunities while ensuring retention and customer satisfaction. This role stands out with a hunting license for a clearly defined list of existing customers ready for upselling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage customer relationships and account strategy for existing accounts.
• Prospect and close new business opportunities within a defined list.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and retention.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of successful sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience selling CCaaS or SaaS solutions to mid-market accounts (100-3000 agents).
• Proven ability to sell at the C-level and close complex deals.
• A self-starter with strong hunting and closing skills.
