You'll support the Learning Operations Group in delivering professional development programs for employees. Your core impact is ensuring smooth training logistics from scheduling to evaluation. This role offers a hybrid work model, 3 days in office, within a growing firm.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Support full cycle training process (scheduling, materials, logistics).
  • Manage calendars, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Coordinate internal/external training events and travel arrangements.
  • Reconcile credit card and LYFT accounts monthly.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience at a professional services firm (accounting, law).
  • Learning and development software experience.
  • Familiarity with Zoom and Copilot.
