🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide on-site safety oversight for deployments and data centers
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation action plans
• Develop and implement HSE programs and policies
• Facilitate incident investigations and root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant HSE experience
• Technical knowledge of federal and state HSE regulations
• Experience with electrical safety standards (NFPA70E/OSHA30)
• Ability to travel 50% of the time

• Experience supporting HSE in a data center or cloud environment
• Professional certifications like CSP, ASP, or OHST
