You will provide compassionate, person-centered care to seniors in a skilled nursing facility, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring comfort and independence under nurse supervision.

Requirements

• Ohio CNA/STNA certification required
• Listed on Nurse Aide Registry
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Ability to lift and transfer residents using proper technique and equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, and ambulating
• Provide support services under nurse supervision
• Help residents feel comfortable and independent
• Accurately document care provided
