🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead AI projects from ideation to production
• Develop real-time speech and natural language systems
• Build robust LLM-powered pipelines with monitoring
• Partner with Product and Engineering on AI opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years building AI/ML systems with production ownership
• Experience building NLP or LLM systems (retrieval, summarization, classification)
• Experience with speech pipelines (speech-to-text, conversational AI)
• Track record of improving accuracy, cost, and latency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time speech processing (latency, streaming)
• Experience with STT/TTS engine evaluation
• Experience with CPaaS platforms (e.g., Twilio)
