Description

You will lead mobile FinTech product growth at Housecall Pro, driving the expansion of mobile capabilities and AI-powered features to help home service professionals streamline operations. Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define strategy, execute on roadmaps, and deliver world-class mobile experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years product management experience, 2+ years mobile product management
• Champion AI/mobile-first practices and agile processes
• Experience with mobile growth stack (Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
• Deep understanding of mobile PM and design best practices for iOS/Android
• Familiarity with go-to-market commerce enablers (payments, subscriptions, loyalty)

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and define product vision/strategy for mobile
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of mobile trends
• Optimize customer onboarding through experimentation and funnel optimization
• Co-create event models and user flows for iOS and Android data capture
• Develop and communicate product roadmap, driving feature execution
