Description

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic partner to the SVP, China GTM, driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence. You will lead key leadership rhythms, prepare executive materials, and integrate cross-functional workstreams to ensure seamless collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience, 5+ years in Project or Program Management at payments, internet, technology or consulting
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Superb writing and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate internal and external meetings for SVP, China GTM
• Run China GTM leadership meetings including weekly, town halls, offsites
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive high-value analyses and presentations
• Identify opportunities for innovation across the organization
• Serve as central point of coordination for cross-business and regional collaboration
