🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead proving ground operations ensuring safe and efficient testing.
• Develop and execute strategic proving ground planning.
• Lead relationships with operating partners to meet SLAs.
• Evaluate and propose efficient testing methodologies.
• Host drive events and technical demonstrations.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in physical testing in automotive, aerospace, or robotics.
• Experience developing or operating test tracks, proving grounds, wind tunnels, or airports.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional teams.
• Experience with program management tools like Jira and Google Docs.
