💼 About This Role

You'll join a team focused on pentesting, incident response, and security investigations to strengthen Talkdesk's security posture. You'll proactively identify vulnerabilities across platforms and applications while responding to incidents and improving detection capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform manual and automated penetration testing of web apps and APIs.
• Conduct security investigations and incident response activities.
• Triage and validate findings from internal and external tests.
• Develop and improve incident response playbooks and processes.

📋 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of application security and systems security.
• Experience with penetration testing tools and techniques.
• Experience conducting security investigations and incident response.
• Scripting or coding experience in Python, Ruby, or Java.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience testing cloud-native environments, especially AWS.
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and API security.
• Relevant certifications like OSCP or OSWE.
