Description

You'll manage a portfolio of Senior Directors overseeing district partnerships in the Northeast, ensuring transformational professional learning and measurable student outcomes. You'll lead scoping, pricing, and cross-functional workforce strategy while leveraging your network to originate new partnerships. This role demands expertise in large-scale program implementation, coaching senior leaders, and leading through organizational change.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of related experience, including 5+ years of management experience
• Strong background in education, instructional leadership, and Northeast district partnerships
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-site educational implementation initiatives
• Experience scoping work for renewals and aligning offerings to service packages
• Proven ability to coach senior leaders to ambitious results and cultivate high-performing teams
