• Monitor daily payment flows across multiple methods and markets
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies
• Perform reconciliations between platform, PSPs, and bank data
• Support chargeback and dispute processes with documentation

📋 Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good level of English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive approach and ability to work in a shift-based environment
• Interest in building a career in payments, antifraud, and risk
