Description

You will lead complex, enterprise-scale migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, architect AI-driven automation solutions using Vertex AI and AppSheet, and serve as a strategic advisor during pre-sales engagements to define technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience architecting enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience leading multiple large-scale migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Intune, Entra ID).
• Deep proficiency with Google Workspace platform.
• Hands-on development with Google Apps Script and APIs (Google Cloud, Microsoft Graph).
• Experience building solutions with Google AppSheet.
• Experience in client-facing pre-sales consulting role.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead enterprise-scale data migrations from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
• Lead architecture of AI agent solutions using Vertex AI Agent Builder and Gemini models.
• Develop governance models, security frameworks, and technical roadmaps.
• Serve as key technical strategist during pre-sales, validating solutions and providing estimates.
• Mentor team members and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.
