You'll lead operational delivery for UK-Med's Ukraine humanitarian programme, ensuring logistics, HR, finance, and security systems support life-saving healthcare in a complex environment. Your work enables safe, efficient programme delivery across multiple locations, including front-line areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee operational support functions across logistics, HR, finance, and security
• Ensure operational capacity aligns with programme needs in multiple locations
• Strengthen coordination across departments and teams
• Equip and support teams to deliver safely and efficiently

📋 Requirements

• Experience as an Operations Manager in a humanitarian context
• Existing right to enter Schengen Zone countries for transit to Ukraine
• Strong operational judgement in complex or insecure environments
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and systems
