You'll deliver high-quality virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults at a clinician-founded practice. Your core impact is building meaningful therapeutic relationships and ensuring patients make progress against their care goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead individual therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26 using evidence-based practices
• Monitor patient progress against care goals and adjust treatment approaches
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families for coordinated care
• Maintain thorough patient records and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as a LMSW in Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet
